My AC broke down and AAMCO was the only one who was able to take my car in right away. Shannon provided the best customer service ever!!! He dealt with my warranty company and he really went the extra mile to help me. And then he got my car done in time to continue my travels. Shannon is wonderful and I would take my care there anytime again. Thanks for everything Shannon!
Really friendly local service station. The manager Shannon was very helpful answering any questions and provided all the information I needed prior to servicing the vehicle. Once everything was finished he called me quickly, not leaving me waiting around while my vehicle was ready, and told me everything they found that I would want to know. He runs a great service station there, and I will absolutely continue to give them my business.
These guys are amazing! They solved the problem very quickly and were very honest and friendly. The level of prices and service is good and i think it’s the best place in Marin County. I will advise this place to all my friends and use their services in the future. 10 stars of 5! ❤

Shannon was very helpful in scheduling the repair of my classic truck to a time when there was guaranteed space inside to garage it overnight. Shannon used his network to source used replacement parts and serviced and repainted them to make my classic truck look even better. The generous warranty is reassuring but the quality of workmanship was so good I never expect to have a problem.

Got my truck in first thing in the morning and back by the end of the day. Had to have aamco check out my transfer case for a leak and the gasket that connects to the transmission. Thankfully it was a warranty since aamco in Boise Idaho did the work the first time when they rebuilt the transfer case. Aamco in San Rafael took care of me that day and tighten up loose bolts maybe from the first job in Idaho. Hopefully that is all that was necessary. We will see! The guys here in San Rafael had good customer service and I will be going back to them in the future

Staff upfront about costs. It was an astronomically expensive repair, but staff gave discounts when they could. It was much appreciated!
