My AC broke down and AAMCO was the only one who was able to take my car in right away. Shannon provided the best customer service ever!!! He dealt with my warranty company and he really went the extra mile to help me. And then he got my car done in time to continue my travels. Shannon is wonderful and I would take my care there anytime again. Thanks for everything Shannon!
Really friendly local service station. The manager Shannon was very helpful answering any questions and provided all the information I needed prior to servicing the vehicle. Once everything was finished he called me quickly, not leaving me waiting around while my vehicle was ready, and told me everything they found that I would want to know. He runs a great service station there, and I will absolutely continue to give them my business.
These guys are amazing! They solved the problem very quickly and were very honest and friendly. The level of prices and service is good and i think it’s the best place in Marin County. I will advise this place to all my friends and use their services in the future. 10 stars of 5! ❤

Shannon was very helpful in scheduling the repair of my classic truck to a time when there was guaranteed space inside to garage it overnight. Shannon used his network to source used replacement parts and serviced and repainted them to make my classic truck look even better. The generous warranty is reassuring but the quality of workmanship was so good I never expect to have a problem.

Staff upfront about costs. It was an astronomically expensive repair, but staff gave discounts when they could. It was much appreciated!
Brought in my old 2003 Cadillac which the air condition unit just shut down. Was expecting enormous cost to replace the controller. Bob the manager said not to worry. He would have the system checked out and determined what was up with the system. Returned the next morning and Bob went to work with the diagnostic of the system. Immediately determined it was the blower motor. Got repairs done that day and all was okay. Bob and Shannon were the greatest. Fixed the old caddy at a very reasonable cost. Now I drive around and be ‘cool’ again. Highly recommend AAMCO San Rafael shop for your repairs. They are the greatest.
